recently, rory got me some really nice scrapbook paper from the one spot at target. it's pretty much doll size (maybe a little big for dolls), but she wanted me to test it out!
when she went on vacation for labor day, she saw this lovely art piece that she wanted me to recreate.
i decided to use this pattern for my canvas.
i decided to use this piece of art for the animal. in the original artwork, the animal was a cow, but rory likes owls best.
i cut it out, but i didn't cut close to the owl. i left a little bit of a white border around it.
it was time to glue the owl to the paper.
i used a paintbrush to apply the glue.
the owl is now glued on!
i cut off the excess.
i searched google for flower crown images and found this pretty pink one!
i then glued this onto the owl's head.
i'm super happy with how it turned out!
rory's going to be so happy! ☺
