Springtime Crown Braid

Don't you just love spring?   This tutorial will show you how to achieve the perfect spring hairstyle.   This style is perfect for warm days outside!!

Start by dividing your doll's hair into two equal sections.   (Ignore the curlers, they're there for Mulan's little stray curls that she has.)

Start by dutch braiding one of the sections.   (Don't know how to dutch braid?   It's super easy!   It's just a french braid in reverse.   I recommend this post if you're having trouble.)

Here's where it may get a bit tricky!   You'll probably need to put your doll's head in your lap to do this.   Begin a dutch braid, but this time, start at the bottom of your doll's head.   It's kinda hard to see in this photo, but it gives you an idea.

You can see in this picture that the braid begins at the base and goes around the top.

Pin the braids in a circular fashion, like so.   You're done!   Enjoy your Springtime Crown Braid.

May all of your dreams come true,
Cindy Rose
