Meri's Room Tour (Summer Remodel 2016)

      Hello!   Meri here!   As most of you know, I received a Zootopia room makeover for my birthday last month.   However, Poca and Mulan like Zootopia a lot more than me.   As we are remodeling our house, I decided to give them my Zootopia stuff for their decorations! They'll be hosting their own room tour soon!

Unfortunately for me, the decals decided to take some of the paint off.   :/   (If you have Subway's Zootopia decals on your walls, don't worry!   My walls have always been ultra sensitive to tapes, sticky waxes, and stickers being peeled off.   The decals probably won't be a problem for you.) On the bright side, my walls have been needing a repaint for a long time!   They look so much nicer now!

And now, my room tour!

It's Finding Dory themed!   Since we had a lot of Finding Dory and Finding Nemo merch, we thought this would be a great room idea.

One of the first things you may notice is my wall tapestry.   This is a bath cloth from Dollar Tree  that has been ironed smooth.

My dresser is a Yellow Box shoe box.   It matched the color scheme I was going for and looked like it belonged in a sea-themed room.

 Some of my figurines!   The lamp, Nemo, Squirt, and Dory were all from Dollar Tree.   There's a small spiky ball behind the lamp that reminded me of a sea urchin.   I'm not quite sure where I got it.   The shells are real shells from the beach.   One has been painted with clear nail polish to bring out the color.   I'm not sure where I got the dolphin and the baby turtle.

Here's the stuff above my dresser.   The sunglasses are real sunglasses that have broken.   The sea star is a beach toy.   I believe it was purchased at Dollar General, but I'm not entirely sure.

This little cutout was on a Fla-Vor-Ice box that was Finding Dory themed.   It reminded me of my tapestry!

My bed is a travel pillow, my sheets are a travel pillow case, and the pillow is a travel bag of some sort.   Ket, my Ugly Doll, was found at Toys R Us on clearance.

Here's the rest of the stuff in my room!   The picture of Bailey, Dory, and Destiny was part of the goggles set from Subway.   I don't know where the vase is from because it was given to us,   The ukulele is from an Our Generation set.

Here I am in my new room!

I love it.   ☺
